Diversity Issues - Legal issue analysis
Recently, there is a scandal or legal issue that is taking place with Bishop Eddie Long in Atlanta, GA.
How can you discuss a legal aspect of harassment in this case? Even though this is being viewed as sexual harassment and I'm sure more could this be used as a diversity issue? If so, would the actual diversity issue be the harassment? How could you analyze the legal concerns.
Would and could this also be a present issue taking place in the current work place or corporate america? ... In my opinion although this might not be the exact same but HP no longer has CEO Mark Hurd due to breaking the ethics code due to dealing with a female which consisted of sexual harassment as well. Overall how do you manage these diversity issues within your workplace.
