Imagine that you work in a busy emergency room of a large hospital. It has been a very hectic day. Many patients have been admitted to the emergency room, and you have to perform ECGs on most of them. The charge nurse requests that you or anyone would do an ECG on a patient who has just been admitted for chest pain. You go into the room where the patient is waiting. He immediately starts to yell at you. He claims that he is in severe pain and wants something immediately for pain. He says that this is a very inefficient hospital, and he wants to leave and go to another hospital.
