Question

I am doing a 25 minute training session on "Learning Content: Segment on Communication Training in Cross-Cultural Context" I am in need of doing the following.

Develop accurate Learning Content

a) Select and research related sub-topics that you believe are most essential to the topic of your choice.

b) The content must be relevant and use both course content and other researched content.

c) You are NOT required to teach the entire topic, only a segment that can be completed in the timeframe.

Design Instructional Methods/Activities

a) Use learning methods/activities to ensure your audience "learns" the content?

b) You must decide on at least two (2) learning methods/activities during this training session. (Note: The icebreaker does NOT count as a method). - Activity Examples: Lecture w/PowerPoint; Group Activity (e.g., Placemat, Brainstorm - Share & Compare, etc.); Short demonstration video with a Video Worksheet, etc...)

Deliver the Training Session

a) Deliver an in-class learning session in an organized, coherent, and professional manner.

b) Activity instructions must be clear and appropriate for what is being learned.

c) Instructors must consistently demonstrate enthusiasm and behaviours that show learner support. again, the training is on cross cultural training and i am concentrating on only one segment - communication training.
