Two groups of drivers are surveyed to see how many miles per week they drive for pleasure trips. The following are the sample mean, sample variances and sample sizes for two groups of drivers, Single Drivers and Married Drivers.

Single Drivers:

mean1= 130.08

S1= 294.62

n= 35

Married Drivers:

mean2= 116.73

S2= 237.70

n= 35

Using an α = 0.01, can we conclude that single drivers do more driving for pleasure trips than married drivers? Solve using the traditional method and compute the p-value.
