Cigarette's smoking is still considered to be a very big problem for our teenage children, and it must be addressed at all levels of government down to our respective communities. I like your research question which is directed at the modifiable risk factors associated with teenage smoking in our communities. I also like the self-reporting questionnaire you are proposing which will allow you to categorize and thoroughly analyze your results. This is an excellent method of collecting and analyzing data.

However, I would recommend that you consider using a very large sample size to increase the accuracy of your survey. What is your specific research question for this study?
