Performance measurement system

Your company has never used a formal performance measurement system. They have simply measured profits and paid people according to market conditions. Now they want to implement a base system-nothing elaborate, just the basics. The problem is that no one knows how to get started. As a manager you have implemented systems before, but never initiated a system. Your boss has asked you to do some research and help him draft an outline of questions for the senior management team to consider before designing a system.Write a recommendation to your boss on what questions you think are essential to address before committing to any kind of organizational performance measurement system.. No matter which approach you take, be certain to include a definition of performance measurement, and at least three different approaches to determining which option to take. Include a section on what problems you anticipate in rolling out a new performance-based plan.
