All of the following are health and safety rights provided to employees under federal and/or provincial legislation EXCEPT for:

1) The right to be part of an occupational health committee that works collaboratively to solve health and safety problems and address workplace hazards

2) The right to refuse dangerous work within the workplace, including the opportunity to submit a complaint to the provincial or federal body charged with oversight and investigation of health and safety concerns

3) The right to strike when unsafe working conditions persist over an extended period of time

4) The right to be informed about potential or actual hazards within the workplace, including relevant or required training to understand what the hazards are and how to minimize or respond to the hazards when they arise
