What Happens When Conflict is Not Addressed in the Workplace?
Conflict needs to be dealt with before it turns into physical violence. Supervisors, managers, and employees must develop skills to recognize conflict and to facilitate, negotiate, mediate, and communicate conflict resolution. In this discussion, you will review a video compilation of stress in the workplace, with instances of workplace violence.

As you watch the video, you may make assumptions about the underlying reasons for the incidents in the clips, and may likely conclude that the root of the problem in each case was conflict between employees that went unresolved. Some clips show the result of unresolved conflict or the ingredients that have caused it.
