Discuss in scholarly detail: Research a process change within a single business unit based on organizational change within the program management department. This change though is single string for program management touches engineering, global program management, customer management, plant management and purchasing departments. The "small" change is in fact very complex and requires many employees internally to support and buy into the change. Additionally the customer (external influence) must be developed in order for PM changes to be a success. Therefore, the effort level is massive and includes several department in order for program tracking to improve.
