Reports mild headache with low-grade fevers, sore throat, and nasal congestion, which he has been taking Tylenol, Sudafed, and Afrin from the start of symptoms with minimal relief. He has also reported ear fullness and popping but denies ear pain or drainage. On examination, the oropharynx shows mild erythema but no exudates or swelling. No pain with manipulation of pinna or tragus (see internal ear exam -image below). Swollen nasal turbinates. No cervical adenopathy. Heart sounds S1, S2. VS: 179/89, HR 101, RR 21, 93% RA, oral temp 38.0 degrees Celsius, BMI 38. Centor Score -1.
