At a recent visit, he reported good adherence to medication regimen (listed below). He checks his blood sugars at home 2-4 times/day, and reports that they range 150-190 mg/dl, throughout the day ( no major change between fasting and post prandial-blood sugars). He denies any post glycemic episodes recently, nor denies he have any related symptoms throughout the day. He continuous to walk 30 minutes per day, and only complains of lower extremity parasthesias at night, he states that these are not disturbing his sleep at night.
