Programming practice. Based on data of daily average temperatures in Reykjavik and Cape Town in spring 2020 (provided in a zip file), please do the following analysis:

(a) Implement a model to predict the next day average temperature for both cities.

(b) Tune and select a good model for each city, and report the MSE scores on the training, validation, and test sets. Report results of five tuning choices.
