You were recently promoted to a manager position in the Public Works Department with the City of Rio Salado. You will be overseeing four supervisor positions. Each supervisor has 7-9 employees in their unit.
You are excited about this promotion, but also a little nervous. As a new manager, you want to create team environment and assist your supervisors in understanding organizational behavior concepts so they can be strong leaders too.
To strengthen your understanding of organizational behavior, you will first conduct some research about organizational behavior topics and share this information with your new employees.
