1. Compare and contrast Reinforcement and Social Learning Theories? Which one do you believe is most effective? Why?

2. According to Noe (2013) certain conditions must be present for learning to occur. These include (1) providing opportunities for trainees to practice and receive feedback, (2) offering meaningful training content, (3) identifying any prerequisites that trainees need to successfully complete the program and (4) allowing trainees to learn through observation and experience. Describe the learning condition you think is most necessary for learning to occur. Use specific examples to support your answer.
