You are the new HR Manager at Sunworks, a Florida-based company that sells solar energy packages to homeowners across the US. The company's strategic goals look to increase revenue, increase market share, and provide great customer service. Business is already booming as more individual homeowners are turning to solar energy. As the new HR Manager, you find that the performance measurements for the very busy sales staff are inadequate for truly measuring what the company is doing these days. You have now been tasked with updating this area.

-Given the three types of performance information (trait-based information, behavior-based information, and results-based information), make recommendations for how each of these three areas can be used for developing appropriate performance measurements for the sales staff. (In the examples you will provide, please remember that these should keep the company's strategic goals in mind. See previous paragraph for those goals.)

-Next consider performance standards. Please provide some recommended performance standards for the sales staff (at least three) that would align with the company's strategic goals. Please be sure to explain the alignment of each standard to the specific company strategic goal.

-And finally, discuss at least two service metrics that would be good to apply and explain why it would be useful.
