The population selected for this research was only African American males between the ages of 18-24 years and must be at risk of HIV or STD's due to multiple sex partners and inconsistent use of condom. They target population live in the southern part of Chicago and they were randomly selected from indoor and outdoor recreational centers and local hangouts. Once a young man met the criteria, appointments were fixed; consent form was filled before commencement (Kennedy et al., 2007).
