A. Prepare a paper using your organization, or one that you are familiar with, and have access to the necessary information in order to identify an issue that can be improved by developing a training program. Use the five step process below to develop the appropriate training program.

1) Needs assessment: What are the training needs?
2) Design: How will the training materials be created?
3) Development: What is the training medium? (internal, external, contracted, or outsourced)
4) Implementation: How will the training be delivered?

5) Evaluation: How will you evaluate the effectiveness of the training? Also, how will you reinforce and sustain the training?

b. Be sure to include an explanation of how these programs will contribute to maintaining a high performance organization.
