But, of course there are differences. Quality managements looks at four important components: Quality Control; Quality Assurance; Quality improvement, and Quality Planning, whereas Risk management: Identifies; Evaluates; Monitors; Controls; and minimizes the probabilities or error occurrences. After a risk is identifies, the organization will make informed decisions on how to continue. Their actions should be part of the strategic plan and always look for improvement.
