Purpose of HR Recruitment and Selection Plan

The purpose of the HRRecruitment and Selection Plan is to make certain Abdulla Hosani Laundry Company has sufficient staff with the right skills and experience to undertake and accomplish the company's goals and objectives within the next three years.

The company intends to expand its business given the business buoyancy in Abu Dhabi, and anticipates that five new laundry centers will be opened each year for the next five years in various parts of Abu Dhabi city.

Role Requirements

The following is a detailed breakdown of the roles required to execute the expansion strategic plan.It includes: the role (position) required, the responsibility of the roles and skills required. You need to decide which roles/positions that you will keep/modify/combine based on the case.  It is important that you provide justifications for these jobs.
