Provide additional suggestions for a literature search. Also provide substantive feedback on their thoughts about stakeholder. "The topic of study for action research is to determine the best social work approach in the hospital settings to help alleviate patient stressors, decrease length of stays, and to prevent readmissions. Factors to consider is research duration for data collection, pre and post interviews, participants, hospital status of private sector versus county, and hospital(s) of choice. I would like to think that this research can take 6 months to a year to observe, collect, analyze, and interpret findings to discuss with stakeholders and participants interested in topic of study. Potential stakeholders would be hospital administration, patients, and the community impacted. The county hospital is a teaching hospital which stresses throughput system in facilitating discharges which this study will help provide an understanding for areas of improvement; to keep in mind, with healthcare constantly evolving, so is the demand for social workers' roles and responsibilities which implementing and maintaining interventions can change to adapt to current situations being faced. Medical social workers, case managers, and administration may be open minded to the study to provide education and positive change.
