First, let me tell you about my course project for my Davenport University, Managing Human Resources course.

Response: I have over 30 years of HR, personnel and HR management experience attained via the private sector, military, government, and in the private sector of manufacturing. I came to Torment Industries the summer of 2008.

4. What are the most important roles and responsibilities?

5. How does your organization determine which applicants are qualified for a particular position?
