Smart University of America (SUA) currently offers 20% of its courses fully online. It plans to increase online offerings and double it within next five years. The university is considering recruiting faculty from India to teach online classes. It is estimated that faculty in India will be paid about 25% of what is paid to faculty in USA. Generally, a faculty is paid about $3,000 to teach one course in USA. SUA currently teaches about 100 online courses. (Please provide from 250-300 words) Thank You
