Select a team issue that you are facing (or have faced) when working in an organization. Now consider this experience from the perspective of an outside consultant. Prepare a paper with the following required elements.

Required Elements of the Live Case Study:

• presents the case/situation from an objective perspective in one to two pages (i.e., description of the organization, purpose and nature of the group, and the issue(s);

• identifies key challenges; and

• proposes a practical plan that provides solutions/ suggestions on this issue that help both the team and overall organization.

• base your background, issue, and improvement proposal, on one or more of the models and theories discussed in class.

• use readings from this course as well as integrate outside scholarly research.

• factors that may have led to the issue; methods that could assist in its resolution based on theories, concepts or models from the literature;

Required Formatting of the Live Case Study:

• This report should be double spaced, 12-point font, and five to seven pages in length excluding the title page and reference page;
• Title page;
• This paper is to be written in the third person. There should be no words in the paper such as "I, we and you;"
• Use a minimum of 8 references (one may be your course material).
• Use APA formatting for in-text citations and reference page. You are expected to paraphrase and not use quotes. Deductions will be taken when quotes are used and found to be unnecessary;
