Honesty Financials Limited is a financial institution of which the core business is providing investment advice to investors on various financial products such as equities, derivatives, investment funds, etc. The company has been well known for their cultural values with high regard of humanistic and ethical behaviours consistently practised at both the business operations and people management level for decades. However, the recent economic downturn has caused many employees, including those at the managerial level, to act in a way divergent from the said cultural values in order to pursue instant return of economic values. Alarmed by employees' ignorance negligence of the company's cultural values, the company's CEO has asked you, the company's HR Director, to review the way HR policies should be designed to foster the highly regarded behaviours and to increase employees' consciousness of the cultural values embedded therein.
