Project goals and Objectives

• Build a new organic selling/buying concept, an innovative and creative tactic to allow local farms owners to market their products online.
• Help busy working people to reach a wider organic fruits, vegetables and meat products.
• The online platform should enable an invoicing system for any purchase.
• Connect the local farmers with local drivers (pre-registered drivers) to deliver the fruits, vegetables and meat to support buying from local farmers, leading more environmentally sustainable services.
• Improve customers experience by applying data analytics.

Outcomes
• Develop a platform (website) that allows farmers to create an account, get approved by fulfilling the local authority regulations. Then upload all organic products details and images onto this website, where other interested local customers can view and navigate them easily, before making an order.
Enable the customers to refine the options by distance from their location, price and product type (i.e. fruits, vegetables or meat).
• Design the checkout page with an online payment option.
• Allow the customers to add comments and to rate the sellers to improve the service.
• Allow for data collection and storage to apply data analytics to provide customised and better service.
