A Project Management Plan is to be developed for ONE change or planned project in the Health Information Service at Curtin Hospital (hypothetical). This can be anything that is relevant to a Health Information Service. Curtin Hospital is a 300-bed public metropolitan hospital that currently utilises a paper-based medical record. The majority of medical records owned by Curtin Hospital are stored in off-site storage and only the last two years of admissions are stored on-site in a small department. The hospital is expected to expand to 500 beds by 2019.
The subject of project management plan needs to be provided to your Unit Coordinator.
As a minimum the project management plan needs to address the following:

Objectives and scope of the project
Project structure and governance
Project resources-i.e. human resources required and other resources

Electronic health record (EHR) is the latest innovative application of information technology that offers comprehensive utility in health sectors. The ease is presented in the form of storage, retrieval, sharing and efficient management of data cum records. From past decades, work procedure in health care sector depends on the paper-based system that makes the data management process bit tidier.
You idea appears to be well-considered. However, do keep in the mind that embarking on implementation of an EHR is a big task for even the most experienced HIM, so please try not to overwhelm yourself. You only have 1500 - 3000 words. You have mentioned that the project has minimum risk, but anything that could potentially affect patient care will always carry huge risks that need to be mitigated - an EHR is no exception. There may be an aspect of the EHR implementation that you might want to explore in detail, for example, managing the cultural shift from paper-based records to electronic records. You could even focus on the managing the risks associated with implementing a EHR and still have loads of material to work with. The more focused your project is, the easier it will be to complete the assignment.
The scope of the project is to implement EHR (by making people aware of the utility and advantage) at Curtin Hopsital. All the planning, strategy, stakeholder concern, and implementation change management steps relevant to the project has been detailed along with grant chat.
Please find the attachment file, read it carefully, I need knew only that by RED COLLOUR, I have to send it first to the unit coordinator to give me the feedback than I can start to write the project plan. I chose that topic ( Improving Clinical Documentation). That project plan proposal what I need should be about that: A Project Management Plan is to be developed for ONE change or planned project in the Health Information Service at Curtin Hospital (hypothetical).
