Imagine you are the department manager for a medium-sized hotel in North Texas. You are tasked with monitoring the progress and success of several new hires. Joshua was hired to be a front desk attendant

After about two weeks of his first day, you notice that Joshua, seems to be struggling. He was very outgoing during orientation, but he now seems depressed and his peers don't talk to him and he appears disengaged. On one occasion, you noticed he was crying outside the hotel.
