The problem question that guides the project is: In pediatric oncology clinical nurses, how does an educational intervention on cancer treatment-induced dysglycemia, compared to baseline knowledge, affect the nurse's knowledge and management practices regarding dysglycemia in pediatric cancer patients over six weeks?

Through evaluating changes in these variables, this quality improvement project seeks to show the intervention's effectiveness in not only affecting nurse knowledge but also in translating it into practice.
