Human resource management function has gained more strategic level importance for organizations during recent years. As a result, the HR practices of an organization could be evaluated in order to determine how they contribute toward the strategic business objectives, including financial performance. Do you feel that these evaluations have become more necessary as a result of the increased cost consciousness due to the pressures of the global economy? How are these evaluations beneficial for the organizations? What factors would you take into consideration while performing these human resource management evaluations?
