Mr. Morris is a Non-Hispanic 33-year-old white man who presents for initial psychiatric evaluation. His chief complaint is, "I do not know". He is from Amiable access group home. Staff report that about two weeks ago he was accused of touching another female room matte inappropriately. The client denies this allegations. He has past medical of HTN.He reports surgery of right foot and uses a cane for ambulation.He reports he has speech disorder and he was born like that. Client was noted to stutter alot but was able to communicate with gestures and by typing on his phone. He denies family history of mental disorder. He reports he is single with no children. He reports his dad and mom are still alive and well. He reports he communicates more often with his dad than his mom.He reports his mom abuses alcohol and drugs. He has a step mom. He denies emotional distress, denies mood disorder, denies feeling anxious. His highest level of education is special education grade 12. He reports he is unemployed and gets social disability income and food stamps. Reports he is a Christian and heterosexual. Denies drug abuse, denies marijuana use. Admits to occasional alcohol use.
