Aunty Joy's Restaurant has been preparing and delivering Cooked Lunches for over a year.

Unfortunately, Aunty Joy took out a business loan and underestimated the financial strain that the loan payments would cause. She has two new industrial ovens, in addition to the used ones that she started with. She has also purchased a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara (cash purchase). Her customers are increasing, and one large company has approached Aunty Joy to ask her if she would consider providing 500 lunches every day. However, due to the heavy loan and interest repayments, she is having serious cash-flow problems (a situation in which the cash inflow is not enough to meet expenses and other cash flow needs) and feels overwhelmed.
