The company's general & administrative expense for year 1 are 10% and 15% of total sales respectively, while the total distribution and selling expense is 12% and 16% of total sales respectively. The entity's interest on loans amounted to 120,000 and the current year's tax rate is 30%.
Required - Prepare the Income statement of Uncle Nenens for the 1st year and 2nd year. In addition, state the amount of estimated liability for premiums to be presented in the statement of financial position at the end of the 2nd year.
