He became extremely excited upon learning about your work in MBA program and asks you to help with a difficult business situation in which he is involved.

You ask for details and learn the information that is in the attached case. You also learn that capello's cell phone rang just as he was entering Jamie's office and and he was pulled off into another emergency. Hence the situation is not resolved. Jamie and capello are now going to meet later to have the discussion mentioned in the case.

After some negotiation and discussion, you agree to help Jamie. He in turn agrees to pay 400 USD for the advise. Your actual obligation for the 400 USD is to write Jamie email describing what he should do and why..

Please prepare a speech for Annalisa Mc Gann ( See Attached case) for this situation I want you to assume you have accepted a position as her special you have hopes for a major position at Clarence Hall University.

For this speech, choose oneof the two option listed below. Then write the speech from that perspective:

Option A. Dr McGann has decided to keep the monies from the Natour Foundation. She now has to make that recommendation to the Board of Trustees of Clarence Hall University. The Board has final 'Say' on the decision but will listen carefully to Dr McGann's recommendation. She therefore asks you to draft the speech that she will deliver to the Boards. She also tells you that she has done an informal poll of the board members and believes that at least 80 % of them want to return of the Funds.

Option B. Dr McGann has decided to Return the monies from the Natour Foundation. She now has to make that recommendation to the Board of Trustees of Clarence Hall University.
