Expatriates problem and decision making

Mark Fisher, a global sales director for Global Access Communications in California needs to fill an account executive position in Bath, England. He believes that Grace Bowens would be perfect for the assignment, but Mark is not sure if he will be able to convince Grace to take an international assignment given the company's expatriate policy, which is that global will pay all relocation expenses for a contracted two-year-or-more assignment, but will not offer a base pay increase for time that the employee is abroad. To complicate things a little Grace is married to a very successful graphic designer, who probably wouldn't give up his job, and lucrative salary, under Global's expatriate policy.
