Prepare a multiple-step income statement and a retained earnings statement. Dickinson Company decided to discontinue its entire wholesale operations and to retain its manufacturing operations. On September 15, Dickinson sold the wholesale operations to Rogers Company. During 2010, there were 500,000 shares of common stock outstanding all year. (List multiple entries from largest to smallest amount, e.g. 10, 5, 2. Round earnings per share to 2 decimal places, e.g. 5.25 and all other answers to 0 decimal places, e.g. 2.250. For earnings per share use either a negative sign preceding the number, e.g. -0.45 or parenthesis, e.g. (0.45) for negative numbers.
