After intervention, 14% of the participants had an increased understanding of cardiovascular risk factors after attending an educational workshop. 43% of older adults who participated in the workshop had a 10% increase in their understanding of cardiovascular health, and 43% of the participants showed no increase or improvement in their understanding of cardiovascular health after the intervention.
