Identify two barriers and/or risks that may be a potential challenge for Leanne's recovery. Leanne further shared that she attempted suicide when she just graduated from high school. She said that it was too overwhelming for her to experience "swinging between moods and felt like a giant pendulum". Her mother found her in time and was taken to the hospital for medical care, but she was not diagnosed or received any mental health care back then. Leanne also shared after that attempt, she still self-harm occasionally but her mother is not aware of it. She claims that she did not want her mother to worry about her. She also shared that she feels guilty that her family has to "suffer and go through this ride with me", though she did acknowledge that her family has been extremely supportive and helpful for the past two months and would love to involve them in her recovery plan. Specifically, her sister has provided her with a lot of emotional support. Leanne also disclosed that she may require a more structured support system because she was very used to the structured environment back in the hospital.
