She complains of nausea and vomiting, with mild generalized abdominal pain. Renal and liver function testing are normal. She is unable to keep usual medicines down for 48 hours: she is taking Oxycodone 20mg bd, oxycodone 2mg SC prn (x4/24hrs) as well as Multiple prn antiemetics orally and IV: ? cyclizine, metoclopramide, ondansetron.
