• Indicate the grade and subject

• Indicate 5 CAPS subject-specific objectives from TERM 3 that you will want to test in the assignment.

• Indicate the TOPIC and subtopics where and if necessary.

• Indicate the THREE (3) elements of differentiation and HOW you will use the three elements in your assignment. Be creative in your thinking here. Here, you need to be specific by giving EXAMPLES of how your instructions/questions will match the three elements of differentiation. Indicate how you will include constructivism in your assignment, e.g. group work, pair work, engagement between teacher/learner, etc.

• Use relevant images where applicable and in-text reference these images. Your subject specialisation must clearly be visible here, i.e. make it a subject related layout. Use Life Orientation subject, provide in-text references and list references using Harvard style.
