Develop a Talent Management plan based on the following inputs: A Public hospital with a annually attends to about 800 OPD patients every day and bedded capacity of 100 beds It budgeted expenditure 20 Cr fully supported by state government budgetary grants The Manpower is as follows 100 professional /Medical/Technical (20-Senior, 30-Middle level, 50 -Junior) with a 80:20 ratio for OPDs related and 20% hospital Management and about similar staff to support both the operations The Hospital plans double the turnover of the company in 5 years by adding more 25 professionals each year but without any recruitments from outside with only 50% Technical additions . The Challenge to the Hospital Head is to plan for the talent induction in a planned manner. You may advise as the Head of HR as a part of his core team and make a presentation to the Top Leadership of how you propose to achieve the above:
a. Plan a Talent Induction and development Strategy
b. Make a sample for Doctors Training Plan for hospital part of the Institution
c. What would be the Training Policy regarding the Talent,
