Question

Grace, a perfect candidate for express entry who received an ITA, was recently found inadmissible to Canada due to her child's health condition that would cause an excessive demand on Canada's health or social services. Suppose that her child's condition will stay the same and that she can't get any doctor's report to provide the health condition, or medication cost change; accordingly, it would be useless to respond to the procedural fairness letter based on that. Celina, a new RCIC, guarantees her that she can overcome this problem for her but charges $6000 for her service. Is Celina able to overcome this problem for her?
