Nurse P finds the Pixis drawer for Motrin 800mg to be empty. She notifies Pharmacy of the issue and they tell her someone will come to fill the drawer. An hour passes before Pharmacy arrives with the Motrin. When Nurse P enters the room to administer the Motrin, Ms. H's family angrily tells her they waited too long for pain medication. Nurse P understands that patient satisfaction was compromised.
