A 55 year old patient is administering testosterone enanthate, 50 mg sub-cutaneous injection, once weekly. He returns at the appropriate time for a routine lab draw and his testosterone is rechecked. It returns 250 ng/dl (normal 300-1050 ng/dl). He is tolerating the formulation just fine and states he is feeling "a little" more energetic but hasn't noticed too much improvement in his erectile dysfunction. Which of the below is the most appropriate next step?
