Currently lying on their left side on the exam table, in a semi-fetal position with hands over their lower abdomen. Medical and gynecological history is negative. New information reported is recentsexual intercourse with a new male partner. ? Physical Exam:? General Appearance: AAOx4, lethargic, mildly fatigued; normal speech pattern, maintains eye contact when speaking. ? Abdomen: Skin is intact with even skin tone, free from scars or lesions, nondistended with bowel sounds auscultated in all four quadrants; soft to light palpation; grimaces and moans when the lower abdomen is touched. ? Reproductive: Last menstrual period (LMP) started 10 days ago, lasted 3 days, flow light, consistent with previous menses. Denies vaginal discharge.? Respiratory: Lungs clear to auscultation bilaterally; respirations shallow and unlabored.? Cardiac: Heart sounds regular rate and rhythm with no rubs, murmurs, or gallops.?
