Patient called and requested a call back from this provider stating its urgent. When she was called she reported thaat on 4/25/24 her bag with personal belongings and all her medicine was snatched from her. She reports she reported to the police and went back to her pharmacy to get a refill. Her pharmacist told her to call her doctor for a refill. Review of crisp indicates xanax was filled on 4/25/24. Her pharmacist was called and she reported that the patient was also told to call her insurance. When client was called back she insisted that she wanted her xanax refilled and it was the only medication that works for her and nothing else. Patient was informed it was impossible to resend a new script for a controlled substance within days. She was offered hydroxyzine as an alternative. She insisted she has been on it before but does not work. Client speech was not clear and she was mumbling. Her prescription was resent and xanax was discontinued.
