Your client is now 52 years old. He has followed his medical regimen and developed Addisonian Crisis on three occasions since his original diagnosis at age 46. He has become disabled and unable to work due to added stress on the job and its physical demands. Trying to manage his health has become his full-time job. His wife has noticed that he is becoming forgetful, quieter, and reserved. He has not been sleeping well, if at all. Although he is quiet, he has episodes where his mood changes and almost manic behavior episodes.
