Anesthesia: General

Procedure: The patient was placed under general anesthesia and placed in the lithotomy position. Exam under anesthesia did not reveal any abnormalities. Laser speculum was inserted and, using Xener on 20-watt setting, there was a very wide acetowhite area including a lot of anterior vaginal fornix, cervix, and posterior vaginal fornix areas. This was lasered off to an adequate depth. The transformation around the cervix was destroyed and taken down to an adequate depth and had numerous wide glands out on the cervix and fairly deep, taken out as well as possible while trying to leave a functional cervix. Numerous acetowhite areas throughout the vagina with irregular areas, mostly in the outer third near the introitus. All these areas were lasered off with the laser on intermittent pulse therapy at 20-watt setting. All areas in between were also lasered. An ice glove was used several times near the introitus and on vulvar areas. The numerous acetowhite areas and irregular areas inside the labia were lasered. Several areas outside the labia were also lasered and margins taken around them. The remainder of the pubic area, labial areas, upper thighs, perianal regions around the buttocks, etc., was examined via colposcope, and no further evidence of condyloma was seen. The patient tolerated the procedure well, was awakened, and was transferred to the recovery room in satisfactory condition.Code only the laser of cervix. PCS code is?
