Question

My goal is to minimize the operating margin while increasing employee productivity. I am prioritizing employee morale and productivity by allocating the bulk of the budget to incentivization, talent retention, and workforce optimization. These can be low cost to the company as non-monetary rewards would be used to push a positive culture. The ERP system being so costly and with my goal of minimizing operating costs, is why I allocated a low amount of the budget to it. I tried to find a way to meet the key performance measures. We want to minimize debt to assets while increasing operating revenue. I focused the budget on fuel hedging to help keep operating costs low. I then focused into average fare in order to increase revenue. In order to satisfy additional customers, I also invested in fleet size optimization but kept it at the least of all as we do not want to grow our debt to assets. Lastly allocating part of the budget to the ERP system will ensure we keep productivity and efficiency high. We currently have an issue with the ramp workers threatening to strike and we need to have a contingency plan
