Question

One example of stakeholder influence in a project I worked on was my final project in middle school. For context, the project spanned across all of our classes. Each group consisted of a handful of members, if my memory is correct, my group had five members. I was essentially the main researcher as I created the rough outline of our project and did most of the research. There were only internal stakeholders, those being the other four team members who were being graded just like me. They influenced the success of our project as they did a considerable portion of the work. The other members also reduced the stress level as dividng the work among the five of us was useful, the quality would have been worse if this was an individual project. The other members enhanced our productivity and efficiency as they were genuinely helpful as team members. While I did the research, one of the other members was our leader. The remaining three members made sure the project was presentable and easily understandable, and they did a good job at that role since our audience did understand the content of our project. They were all sufficiently involved in the project, though I may be unable to remember any mishaps since this was several years ago. Since there were no external stakeholders, I will discuss how communication was handled between the internal stakeholders. We worked on the project all day for two weeks if I recall correctly, with politeness and focused on the goal of having a completed project to present. There weren't any competing objectives, everything went smoothly as we all desired the same goal.
