On the 3rd of November, 2021, Sharon White a 45 year old pensioner was diagnosed of prolapse of the uterus by Dr. Tumi Umar when she complains of low back pain, discomfort walking with difficulty urinating, difficulty with bowel movement. She was accompanied to the Gynae Ward by the head pastor of the Central Gospel Assembly, Madina. She has food allergy of kontonmire. Her In-patient number is WIUH/231/021 and admitted in bed GW 2. The nutritionist has reviewed her diet. Dr Tumi scheduled her for hysterectomy and put her on IV Ringers lactate 1 litre start, inj. pethidine 50mg/ml, diagnostic test which includes FBC, Clotting profile, MRI, CT scan to be done before the surgery.
